Quality Is Measured, Not Claimed
Every production batch at Max Minerals begins and ends in our on-site laboratory. Before dispatch, samples are drawn from each batch and analyzed for: SiO₂ (Silicon Dioxide), Fe₂O₃ (Iron Oxide), Al₂O₃ (Aluminium Oxide), TiO₂ (Titanium Dioxide), CaO, MgO, K₂O, Na₂O, and particle size distribution.
Results are compiled into a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis, issued with every shipment. Buyers receive the COA before loading confirmation, giving full visibility into the exact chemistry of their order.

SiO₂ Content Analysis
Silicon dioxide measured to four decimal places. Target: 99.99% minimum for semiconductor-grade product.
Iron Oxide (Fe₂O₃) Testing
Critical for optical and photovoltaic applications. Standard grade: below 0.001%.
Trace Element Screening
Al₂O₃, TiO₂, CaO, MgO, K₂O, and Na₂O quantified per batch for full chemical transparency.
Particle Size Distribution
Sieve analysis confirms grain size consistency. Custom size ranges verified against buyer specification.
Moisture Content Analysis
Oven-dried weight measurement ensures moisture remains below 0.1% at time of dispatch.
Whiteness Index Measurement
Reflectance-based whiteness scoring for glass and ceramics applications. Standard: 93%+ index.

Effluent Treatment
All process water is treated through settling ponds and filtration before release. Chemical wash residues are neutralized on-site. No untreated discharge enters local waterways.
Non-Toxic Processing Reagents
Chemical purification uses food-grade and industrial-grade acids under controlled conditions. No mercury, cyanide, or prohibited substances are used at any stage of production.
Responsible Mining Practices
Mining operations follow GSMB-approved extraction plans. Site rehabilitation is performed progressively. Overburden is stored for future land restoration per regulatory requirements.
